japanese steakhouse secrets VOLUME 1 ▼
Are you tired of driving out to Japanese steakhouses, only to get your money AND eyebrows taken from you??? Well, lucky for you, I, bassist of Runke, Lucas, have come up with a solution!
The food they make at these Japanese steakhouses is surprisingly simple, and cheap as well!
RECIPE:
(1:1:1 ratio – per 6 oz chicken → 1 clove garlic : 1 tbsp butter : 1 tbsp soy sauce)
1. Get some raw chicken and cut it into bite-sized squares.
2. Oil a skillet or pan and heat it to medium-high.
3. Cook the chicken, but when it’s almost done, throw in 1 minced clove of garlic along with 1 tablespoon of butter.
4. Stir the garlic and butter until it’s all melted and blended together.
5. Add 1–3 tablespoons (your choice) of soy sauce and cook for 1–2 more minutes until it looks pretty!
This recipe is cheap, easy, and something more people should take advantage of!

Japanese Steakhouse Secrets VOLUME 2 ▼
Did you enjoy the hibachi chicken from volume 1? Well, hibachi chicken is never complete without some fried rice!
Here’s the simple recipe I use to make delicious, easy fried rice. Great as a side—or a meal on its own.
This recipe is for 2 cups of pre-cooked rice.
1. Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Toss in ½ cup of peas and ½ cup of diced carrots, stir-frying until they’re tender.
3. Push all the veggies to one side of the pan, then pour in 2 beaten eggs, scrambling them and breaking them up with your spatula or whatever utensil you're using.
4. Add in your 2 cups of pre-cooked, day-old rice and mix it all together. Stir-fry everything for about 3–5 minutes, or until the rice is heated through.
5. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and season with either 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (my preference!!!) or 2 cloves of minced garlic.
6. Cook everything together for another 2–3 minutes, stirring well to mix the flavors. Then serve!
This goes perfectly with the hibachi chicken from Volume 1 to make a full blown meal!!!
